    Just a 2-minute ride to BGC and a 10-minute ride to Makati CBD, Ricarte BGC is a 6-storey integrated microstudio building accessible to public transport, has an Otis Elevator, 32 high-definition surveillance cameras, biometric access points, and a common area. Each of the 100 microstudio units come fully-furnished with a 6-inch mattress, blinds, underbed and hanging storage, cabinet, airconditioner, microwave oven, kitchenette with sink, chair and table, toilet, bidet, shower with heater, and access to high-speed internet connection—the same connection that multinational BPO companies use to minimize downtime.

  • Bonifacio Point

    2063 Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe, Makati City

    Just a 15-minute walk to BGC, Bonifacio Point opened its doors in the 2nd quarter of 2017. The 6-storey integrated microstudio building is very accessible by public transport and includes an Otis elevator, 32 high-definition surveillance cameras, biometric access points, and a common area. Each of the 69 units has access to high-speed internet connection, the same connection that multinational BPO companies use to minimise downtime.

Design & Inclusions

Wireless internet, bed with six-inch mattress, underbed and hanging storage, drawers, desk with chair, roller blinds, airconditioner, microwave, shower, water heater, and bidet come standard with each unit.

Monthly Fees

P10,500 to P12,800 per month

The monthly rent depends on the floor location and unit layout, but is already inclusive of association dues, internet fee, and taxes.

You are responsible for the monthly payment of water and electricity bills. Each unit has its own water and electricity meters. Internet fee is already included in the monthly rent. There are no hidden charges! Pay only what you consume.
